Rules of the game Fit Hero
Roll the dice and move forward a number of spaces corresponding to the number obtained from the roll. When you reach the finish line, move one space at a time without rolling the dice until you complete the course.
Goal: reach the final square and become the new Fit Hero!
Fast food: Healthy eating is important - do 5 burpees + skip a turn.
Sfida: All players take on the challenge. The loser skips a turn.
Multiplayer: All players perform the exercise on the square.
Imprevisto: The opponent chooses an exercise from the board for you (excluding special squares).
Cambio: Players switch their positions on the board.
Water Break: You've earned a break - roll the dice again.
Inferno: Max effort push-ups or squats in 1 minute.
